Our experienced guide will lead you on a mindful exploration, inviting you to engage in sensory experiences that awaken a deeper connection with the nature. Engage in the ancient practice of Shinrin-yoku, or forest bathing, as you immerse yourself in the healing energy of the forest, allowing its wisdom to seep into your soul and wash away the stresses of modern life.

As you surrender to the rhythm of the forest, you'll discover a myriad of benefits unfolding before you. Yoga for You: A 4-week series for all bodies so that you increase awareness and self-compassion.

WHEN: Thursdays May 16, 23, 30 and June 6th from 5:30-7PM

WHERE: The class will meet every Thursday in the Lower level of the Lighthouse Cowork, Leduc.

INVESTMENT: $140

NOTE: No previous yoga or movement experience needed.

Each class offers you a safe space to gain greater awareness around strength, stability, assertiveness, and mindfulness.

  • Classes will have different themes focus on various active and restorative postures, build strength in the core, explore supportive affirmations, and will also be coupled with guided activities including meditation exercises, journaling, and art.

  • Classes will allow participants to re-connect with themselves and build community.

  • Classes will establish consistency and will build upon each other each week.
