APRIL 2023- KID SPORT LEDUC AND COUNTY

Nurtured Minds Wellness in offering monthly Karma Yoga Classes where the proceeds will be donated to a different local organization each month.

Classes are held at Renewed Resilience in Leduc on the last Monday of each month at 7pm and are by donation.

Registration is recommended as spots are limited. Online booking is available, or you can text your name and email address to 825-995-8253.

Please bring your own mat. Blocks and bolsters provided.
