Yoga and Pilates classes are held weekly on Sunday and Tuesday nights at the Calmar Program Centre. Classes are $15 for drop in. $52 for a 4 class pass and $96 for an 8 class pass per month. Classes are bookable online, please contact us directly to purchase multi class pass.
7pm: Pilates in a mind-body exercise with a focus on building strength and stability through the core to improve posture and decrease pain in the back. Movements are mostly all done laying down on stomach, back or side.
8.15pm: Yoga Flow is a class dedicated to connecting movement with breath. This class is an all levels class with modification or challenges for all practitioner levels. In this class we focus on cultivating strength, flexibility, balance and stability in seating, laying and standing postures.
