Supporting Busy Lives and Evolving Relationships

Life feels overwhelming, and you know something has to change.

Whether you’re a business owner, a leader, or someone juggling many responsibilities—like work, a farm, and a family—you’re managing a lot. Big life transitions, such as career changes, relationship shifts, or simply trying to keep up with daily demands, can leave you feeling weighed down by anxiety or burnout.

With lived experience in leadership roles and managing a business, Chantal understands the reality of burnout caused by the stress and expectations of life and work—whether they’re real or perceived.

If you’re ready to pause, reconnect with your body and feelings, and carve out meaningful space for yourself, Chantal is here to help. Together, you’ll explore what’s holding you back, dig deeper into your challenges, and reconnect with your inner wisdom so you can feel more present, grounded, and engaged in your life.

Couples Counselling: Rebuilding Connection and Communication

Relationships evolve and change over the years. Sometimes, having supportive guidance can make all the difference in navigating the challenges and transitions you face with your partner.

Maybe you’re going through a significant life change or feel like you’ve grown apart. Chantal is here to provide the extra support you need to communicate better and rebuild your connection using tools from the Gottman Method.

With empathy and understanding, Chantal helps you navigate the complexities of your relationship, offering a safe space to be heard and understood.

Whether your relationship is conventional or unconventional, she values openness, honesty, and growth.

Together, you’ll work on:

  • Enhancing communication

  • Deepening your connection

  • Rediscovering joy in your relationship

Chantal’s goal is to help you build a stronger, more resilient partnership, where both of you feel seen and valued.
