Meet Danusia Bialowas, Forest Therapy Guide

Danusia Bialowas (pronounced bye-lois) a neurodivergent yoga instructor & forest therapy guide.

Danusia has a unique focus on the nervous system, trauma, and somatics.

With over 500 hours of training, she is certified and brings a wealth of expertise to her time with you.

Her distinct cognitive functioning has offered her firsthand insights into life's complexities and the transformative potential of holistic nature-based practices.

Inspired by her personal journey, Danusia is deeply passionate about exploring how yoga, forest therapy, and sound baths can positively influence the nervous system and support healing, especially in those who have experienced trauma.

As a certified forest therapy guide, she helps you to slow down, connect with the natural world, and tap into the healing power of the forest.

If you are seeking inner peace, mindfulness, and rejuvenation, while feeling connected to yourself and nature, then guided forest therapy is perfect for you!

Danusia also specializes in facilitating transformative sound bath experiences, which use the harmonious vibrations of sound to promote healing and balance within the mind, body, and spirit.
