Anxiety about the future can keep you up at night.

Many of my clients share a common struggle: a fear of the future. This fear often keeps them up at night, feeding into a cycle of anxiety and stress that feels impossible to escape. It’s that pressure of “what if?” and the worry that life will never feel manageable.

For some, this anxiety leads to an overuse of screens or substance use as a way to cope, a way to escape the relentless fear and uncertainty.

That’s where therapy comes in.

Hi, I’m Jas, a practicum student who has walked this difficult path myself. Having personally battled substance abuse, I know how easy it is to feel trapped and how hard it can be to imagine life without that constant worry and need to escape.

But I also know that with the right support, it’s possible to move beyond anxiety and fear, to build a life where you feel more present, regulated, and in control.

I became a therapist to help others break free from stress, numbing out, anxiety, and substance use.

My goal as a therapist is to provide more than just a listening ear. I offer practical support and guidance, grounded in both professional training and lived experience, to help clients navigate their journey toward healing.

Together, we work not just to manage anxiety but to create a life you no longer feel the need to run away from.

Outside of work, I recharge by spending time with my dog and getting lost in a good book. But when I’m with you, my focus is on helping you find the peace and balance you deserve so you can build a life you truly want to live.

I believe that women are not given the tools to succeed in parenting. Constantly striving for an unattainable standard leaves mothers feeling inadequate and overwhelmed.

Through the use of creative arts, there is a beautiful moment of sacred stillness. A simple act of intentional creativity can remind a mother of who she is, what is truly important, and what she is capable of.

I aim to provide the best creative arts services both online and in person, because every mother deserves a simple and effective outlet for finding chill, being vibrant and feeling alive.
