Meet Charlie Webb, Therapist

Therapy for folks in Leduc County, AB

Helping individuals navigate life’s challenges to reach their full potential.

Cultivating inner peace in a world that moves at lightning speed can be tricky. Maybe you want to open yourself up to an entirely new experience that will challenge you, push you out of your comfort zone, and ultimately help you become the best version of yourself.

Attending therapy is a powerful step toward personal growth, emotional regulation, and healing. It requires vulnerability and courage. Being open to the experience, and being ready for whatever comes next. This is where real growth happens, where we open up, expand, and heal.

I’m Charlie Webb, CEO & Therapist at Nurtured Minds Wellness

(she/her)

  • Charlie is a diversely experienced therapist who began her career working in prisons in the UK, providing therapeutic care to long term offenders. After arriving in Canada, Charlie was then employed by both The Elizabeth Fry Society and the Canadian Mental Health Association, working in halfway houses, psychiatric hospitals and other residential programs providing crisis support, life skills development and counselling to individuals and their families.

Charlie’s clinical practice is rooted in behavioral therapies from her 15 years of working in frontline mental health services. Through both professional and life experience she has evolved her approach to encompass the clinical practice through an existential and holistic lens.

Now as the owner of Nurtured Minds Wellness, Charlie has been able to focus not only on her therapy work but also the development of education, workshops and retreats.

Charlie is also a Director for the Rise Up Society of Alberta, where she enjoys dedicating some of her time to creating positive change in local communities.

Kayla Huszar

I believe that women are not given the tools to succeed in parenting. Constantly striving for an unattainable standard leaves mothers feeling inadequate and overwhelmed.

Through the use of creative arts, there is a beautiful moment of sacred stillness. A simple act of intentional creativity can remind a mother of who she is, what is truly important, and what she is capable of.

I aim to provide the best creative arts services both online and in person, because every mother deserves a simple and effective outlet for finding chill, being vibrant and feeling alive.
