Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, struggling with the pressures of modern life, or navigating the challenges of life and family dynamics?

I understand how isolating and stressful these experiences can be, especially when it feels like you’re carrying the weight of it all alone.

In our work together, I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where we can explore your emotions and challenges at your pace. I use a compassionate, client-centered approach, drawing on evidence-based therapies like Solution-Focused Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help you manage anxiety, enhance emotional regulation, and reconnect with your sense of self. My goal is to support you in gaining clarity, building resilience, and developing practical strategies that align with your needs and goals. Whether you're a parent, a professional, or both, we will focus on what’s working, address what’s not, and create a path toward emotional well-being.

Together, we’ll work towards helping you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected—both to yourself and those you care about.
